What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Friday 7:00am – 6:30pm

What age children do you accept?

We accept all children beginning as young as 3 months through 12 years.

What do I need to do to sign up?

The registration process is fairly easy. The first step is to fill out our registration forms. We will also need your child(rens) current record of the following items:
- Enrollment Packet
- Immunization Card
- Physical Form
Along with the registration fee and first week’s payment for your child to begin. You can drop off your paperwork beforehand or bring it in on your first intended visit. For kids that seem a little more apprehensive about their first visit, we encourage you to bring them by a little early for a personal tour from one of our staff members.

Is there a registration fee?

We do have an annual registration of $75; this is inclusive for an entire fiscal year starting the day you register and is per family. Once this is paid you become a "member". All families are required to pay the registration.

Do the kids nap?

We do offer quiet time / nap time from 11:30 – 2:30pm for all age levels. VPK students must be picked up by 12:30 so there are not much interruptions. Resting mats and soft blankets are part of the school supplies list.

What If my child gets upset or cries?

Most children, even if a little upset upon drop off, are quickly captivated by all of the activities and fun things to do at Kiddie Care. Crying and sad faces are typically gone within minutes. If, for some reason after about ten to fifteen minutes a child is still uneasy, we will consoling them. If it doesn’t stop after 30 minutes we reach out to you by phone. This is not necessarily to ask you to pick up your child, but to update you on their mood and ask for any advice in consoling them.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ELC / Family Central, VPK Program, Check or Cash.

Is transportation provided to local schools?

Not at this time, we will offer transport to local schools with in the months to come. We do pick up at Royal Palm Elementary, which is just east of our facility.

Are field trips offered for the children?

Yes, children who meet the states age requirements. These children are given opportunities to see their community and other places of interest during of summer camp. This is offer year-round for VPK students. Whether it is the local grocery store, the petting zoo, the library, and entertainment places such as roller skating, bowling or putt-putt golf, we provide fun and learning for the children and guarantee the maximum protection plan for parent's peace of mind.

Are meals and snacks provided?

Yes, all children are provided hot meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner (for no additional fee) and snacks. Staff is trained in nutrition, USDA guidelines, and proper portions for young children. Our center participates in the Food Program so you can rest assured your child is getting a healthy and nutritious meal!

Can I bring food?

Yes, you are more than welcome to pack a meal and/or snack as long as there are no nut products; we are a nut free facility

Is your staff trained?

Yes, Kiddie Care Preschool staff members are required to follow the Florida state regulations training. All staff members are trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. The team at Kiddie Care Preschool is made up of fun, caring, and passionate individuals with one common goal: to provide a positive and safe experience for all the kids in their care. Our staff has a true passion for children and having fun! We perform extensive background checks including FBI fingerprinting.

Do you offer camps or special programs?

Camps are one of our specialties! We have summer, winter, and spring break camps. There are both half day and full day options. Each day is full of games, crafts, explorations, and activities. During the school year we offer a pre-school program with a structured curriculum and weekly lesson plans. Every Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm your child can join us for a truly educational experience in our Little Learners Program.

Are immunization records required?

We are required to have current immunization records on file for all children. If your family has chosen to exempt your child from receiving immunizations we ask that you provide us with the State Vaccine Exemption Form.

Is Kiddie Care Preschool safe and secure?

The security and safety of your child is of utmost importance to us! For this reason, all of our doors remain locked from the outside. Our main entrance is locked and each parent must be identified before their child is released (must present driver’s license). Only parents/guardians may pick up unless prior arrangements have been made with staff Kiddie Care Preschool. We have alarmed system, fire system and gates around the playground area which is monitored by our staff; all visitors must be escorted by a staff member at all times. All staff has extensive training in emergency procedures whether due to injury, illness, safety, or a weather emergency. Keeping the children in our care safe is a top priority of the staff at Kiddie Care Preschool. Important measures are taken each day to insure the safety of all children. Our front entrance is a controlled access entry and our staff and management will only open the door upon visual recognition. We encourage parents to stop by for information and tours; as a safety precaution the front office will request a valid state photo ID. Only staff is permitted in the classroom and play areas; parents may drop off and pick up in lobby area only.

Is your center clean?

At Kiddie Care Preschool keeping our center clean is a high priority to us! All toys and play areas are cleaned and sanitized. Our facility is cleaned daily. If your child has any symptoms of illness, we ask that you not bring them into Kiddie Care Preschool.
